Accomodation
Ecole des mines provides cheap but confortable accomodation for participants. However, since the location of the conference is not far from the center of the city, people can also reserve rooms in some local hotels.
The Ecole des Mines provides two levels of accomodation :
- Confort like in hotels (40 rooms available)
- Bathroom,
- Bed for two people + desk + cupboard
- Fridge + telephone + TV.
- 2 Mb Internet Connexion
- Economic (more than 60 rooms available)
- Bed for 1 person + desk + cupboard
- 2Mb Internet Connexion
- Sheet and cover provided
- Washstand
- A shower shared between 2 rooms
- Shared rest-rooms
Besides :
- A closed parking is available
- Access to buildings is controlled with electronic badges.
Food
The restaurant of the Ecole des Mines can provide food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and coffe breaks.
However, there are other places for feeding the participants (recall the conference location is not far from the center of Douai) :
